Scientific Meetings

The association will hold at least one scientific meeting each year. The venue of the meeting will be decided by the council.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions for the forthcoming calendar year shall be payable to the Honorary Treasurer not later than 1st January. The actual subscription rates shall be determined by the Treasurer in consultation with the honorary officers of the association and will be agreed by the council. The Annual General Meeting shall approve a maximum subscription each year. A reduced subscription will be payable by Junior Members. Members of the association will be afforded a reduction in the standard charge for the association’s Scientific Meetings.
