An Annual General Meeting shall be held once a year, usually at the time of the scientific meeting. The council shall determine the date, time and place of the Annual General Meeting and written notice of the meeting shall be given to all members not less than 28 days before the date of the meeting. The President, or in his absence the President Elect, will take the Chair.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions for the forthcoming calendar year shall be payable to the Honorary Treasurer not later than 1st January. The actual subscription rates shall be determined by the Treasurer in consultation with the honorary officers of the Association and will be agreed by the council. The Annual General Meeting shall approve a maximum subscription each year. A reduced subscription will be payable by Junior Members. Members of the association will be afforded a reduction in the standard charge for the association’s Scientific Meetings.
