The Honourary Officers

The association shall elect a President, a Treasurer and a Secretary. The President shall be elected from the ordinary membership of the association (including council members). Names should be submitted to the council of management. The names of candidates for consideration must be supported by at least six other council members, or at least six ordinary members. The Honorary Secretary will then prepare a shortlist and, after approval of the council, arrange elections if and when necessary. The person elected shall hold office for the first two years after election at President Elect, for the next two years as President and for a further two years as Past President.

The Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer shall be appointed by the council from among its own members.
